Our independent audit for 2006–07 confirmed that we are managing the agency's resources with accountability and transparency.  Our administrative expenses are consistently less than 10% of our budget.  We ended 2006–07 with a positive margin of $203,304, which the Contra Costa ARC Board of Directors has designated for continued facility improvement.
