Through our partnership with California Children Services we have added a Parent Health Liaison to our staff. She divides her time between the CARE Parent Network office and the CCS office in Martinez, and often visits the Medical Therapy Program sites.  Parents can request assistance in compiling a Care Notebook, a tool to organize their child's health, developmental, and educational records. An Equipment Exchange column is included in The Link.  We are also members of the Family Voices of California Council, a grass roots group speaking on behalf of children with special health care needs.
