In 2005, the Consumer Advisory Committee to the Contra Costa ARC Board of Directors developed a statement of core values.  The committee, representing all adults served in Contra Costa ARC's programs, defined the most important elements they value in the services they receive.  These values have been adopted by the board of directors to guide direct services provided by the agency.
